Description: Empirical is seeking an experienced .Net Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of highly visible software solutions. The developer will work throughout the full application lifecycle, from initial requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
The position will focus on developing and enhancing applications that support financial management reporting, data quality and metrics, and process automation. The successful candidate will translate business and technical requirements into reliable, maintainable software and will participate directly in hands-on development and technical problem-solving.
Candidates should have strong experience with the Microsoft .NET development platform and Visual Studio, including application architecture, development methodologies, programming languages, debugging, testing, deployment, and application maintenance. The role requires someone who can work independently while also collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to design practical solutions and resolve technical issues.
This is a hands-on development position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of development assignments, contributing to technical design decisions, supporting applications after deployment, and continuously improving the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the solutions they support.

Candidates will be supporting or leading the design, development and implementation of an OneStream solution to support financial management reporting, enhance data quality and metrics, and automate processes.
